I was very skeptical about this clock. I have purchased many digital clocks that promise to retain the settings if power is lost, even with a battery backup, but do not actually do. This one does. I unplug it and take it to another room and it goes back to where it was. The diming of the light is very important because at night we don't want the brightness, and during the day we need to able to see it. The only think I do not like is the flashing " : " between the Hours and Seconds.

Easy set up!!!! Super great functions, mainly purchased it for the large digital clock numbers. Purchased for elderly father that is had a stroke and can no longer read a clock with hands, so we went digital, and this is perfect.

I recently cut the cord on cable TV and discovered one drawback - no cable box to see what time it is without pulling out my phone or getting up to check the kitchen clock! So I wanted a clock that was small enough to fit on my TV stand where the cable box used to be, with a large enough display so that my nearsighted eyes can check the time without squinting. This one fits the bill. Large, bright numbers on a clock that can be tucked away in a small space. The only thing I regret is deciding to fork over the extra $4 for the wireless version, which I didn't even need since there's an outlet right next to my TV :-/ I initially set it up without the power cord, then quickly discovered that charging after every two days of use is a pain in the neck. Luckily it does come with a charging/power cord. Oh well, $4 isn't too bad for a lesson in economics. It's still a great little clock.

I love the way this clock looks in my guess room. I get many compliments on it. Will buy again if this one ever stops working. I’ve had it about 3 months now.

This clock is exactly what I wanted. Huge number, weather and date. So easy to set, didn't need the directions. Can dim the lights if you don't want them on. I like this clock.
